The project is now complete after a seamless handover to Kirklees council on Thursday 7th February. The project was completed to a high quality standard both internally and externally with complimentary remarks from the client and clients representative. Another excellent project delivered from the Wates Kirklees Team. A big thankyou to all involved.

Internally we have commenced the handover process with a Kirklees Council representative inspecting the plots. Externally we have been battling the elements due to the heavy snow but we have been jetting and surveying the drain runs.
Once the snow has cleared we can complete the fencing to the bin stores and snag ready for the client to inspect.

After the Christmas break we were back in full swing, externally we have taken down the hoarding, put top soil on the planted areas and erected the boundary fencing. The flagging to the front of the properties is almost complete. We are now now preparing for tarmacing the paths and entrance road for next week.
Internally we are continuing testing and commissioning and putting the finishing touches to the decorating.
