We can see the end of excavating and pouring of the foundations to block 1 and 2 this week. We've had a torrid time with the ground conditions and depths of foundations to reach suitable ground. A good working relationship with Kirklees Building Control has been developed, with daily morning inspections to enable us to pour concrete in the afternoon. Yorkshire Water are now on board, therefore we can commence drainage works following the completion of the footings.
